Want out? One word.
STOP
Reply STOP to any message and you're out — permanently, for every business texting you from that number. Carriers enforce it and so do we. You'll get one final confirmation and then silence. ReplySTART later if you change your mind.
MUTE
Reply MUTE to pause the business you're hearing from for 30 days. It resumes automatically, or reply START to resume sooner. Good for "I like this place, just not this week."
Also honored
STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT all work exactly like STOP. HELP or INFO gets you assistance by text.
The record
Your opt-in and opt-out are both kept in an immutable consent ledger — the message you sent, the time your carrier stamped it, and the number it went to. Businesses on YURN never see your phone number, and opting out of one never requires talking to any of them.
Still getting texts?
If a message arrives after you replied STOP, that's a defect on our side and we want to know within the hour: contact us or email[email protected] with the number that texted you.
